Position: SEO/SEM Specialist
Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
We are looking for an SEO/SEM specialist to manage search engine optimization activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also assist in the management of SEM campaigns on search engines and social media platforms in order to maximize budgets and ROI.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s, four (4) year college degree in design or a related discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience in an agency setting.
Employee should have expert knowledge regarding Microsoft Suite programs, experienced in digital development and content marketing concepts and tool, along with basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite, and have proficient computer skills, display adaptability in learning the use of company specific software and display comprehension of fundamental computer practices and database management;

While performing the duties of this position the employee is regularly required to sit and talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and drive or ride in a motor vehicle.
